Ａ： 当社は、作曲家・梅本佑利が制作した音楽作品を管理しています。
Q: Are all works managed through JASRAC?
A: Most of the works we manage are entrusted to JASRAC and registered as trust properties.
However, a small number of works, such as some operatic pieces, are managed directly by our company, and may not be licensable via local copyright societies in certain regions.
Ｑ：すべての作品がJASRACで管理されていますか？
Ａ： 当社で管理している作品の大半は、JASRACに管理を委託しており、信託財産となっています。
ただし、一部少数の作品（たとえばオペラ作品など）については、当社が直接管理しており、地域によっては著作権管理団体を通じて許諾できない場合があります。
Q: How can I obtain permission to use the works of Composer A (e.g. performance, recording, publication)?
A: Please apply for a license from the copyright management organization that oversees the region where the work will be used.
For example, in Japan, contact JASRAC; in Germany, contact GEMA.
A small license fee is usually required.
If the work is managed directly by our company, please contact us directly.
Ｑ：作曲家Aの音楽作品を使用するにはどうすればよいですか？（上演、録音、出版など）
Ａ： 使用を希望される地域を管轄する音楽著作権管理団体に、使用許諾申請を行ってください。
たとえば、日本で使用する場合は JASRAC、ドイツであれば GEMA が申請先になります。
通常、少額の使用料の支払いが必要です。
当社が直接管理する作品や権利が一部ございますので、その場合は当社まで直接お問い合わせください。
